About this event!

We are not able to allow refunds if you miss the boat.

So don't be late - it sure ain't pretty to be standing on the dock, watching the party sailing away!

There will be full bars on board as well as food available for purchase, including vegan treats! Also, make sure your phone is fully charged and / or bring a camera along.

This is going to be one of the best ways to see the sights and skyline of New York City and you’ll surely be wanting to take lots of pictures!

The boat will sail under the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges twice, and we will get up close and personal with the Statue of Liberty!

What is the difference between the two events?

DAY TIME CRUISE
The day time cruise features a 30 Min Full Band Set from The Maine + DJ Sets + cruise around the Hudson! 

SUNSET CRUISE
The sunset cruise will feature DJ Sets, Cocktails, 8123 Karaoke, and a sunset cruise around the Hudson!

Can I transfer my ticket?

Resell is not allowed but you can transfer a ticket to a friend. Please contact our support team at support@pillar.club

*** IMPORTANT: All transfers must take place 7 days in advance of the event. Transfers are no longer allowed after this period.

What time do I need to arrive?

DAY TIME CRUISE ARRIVAL TIMES
Boarding will begin at 1 PM and end at 2 PM. Once the boat leave, your ticket is no longer valid!

SUNSET CRUISE ARRIVAL TIMES
Boarding will begin at 5 PM and end at 6 PM.  Once the boat leave, your ticket is no longer valid!

Arrival Instructions

This cruise is aboard THE LIBERTY BELLE and will depart from Pier 36 - 299 South Street, NY, NY 10002. For those of you staying near the South Street Seaport / Pier 17, that will be just be a short (1 mile) walk north along the East River.

COVID Details

At this time, we are following local health and safety guidelines per event. We are hopeful that there will be little to no restrictions.

However, as we have all learned, we can not plan everything out in advance in regard to COVID-19. As we get closer to the event, we will make sure to update you on any restrictions that may come up prior to your event taking place! 

Our goal is to create a fun, memorable, and most importantly, safe experience for everyone involved.

Refunds

We can only refund purchases under the following circumstances:

Fraudulent Charges on Credit / Debit Card

Show cancellations (we will automatically refund these)

In the event of a show reschedule, you will be emailed the information on the new date.

A 30 day refund window will be available from the date of the announcement of the new date. We will email all purchasers the information about the new show and any changes that will be made to the VIP. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refund requests made after 30 days.

*If a refund is to be issued, the customer will be charged a restocking fee depending on the item and amount purchased.
